Did you know this? Eugene Levy is the only actor to appear in all seven American Pie films. There, that’s one to use at the xmas dinner to impress friends and family.

As well as being an actor, Eugene is a director and writer. If he is like other writers, he will appreciate that writing often requires peace, solitude and somewhere out of the way and away from everyday distractions. For these reasons, a home office away from the main home is the preferred location. In Key West, you can still where Ernest Hemingway used to write. In a small wooden building close but not too close to the main home. Today, one of the best places to write in any season is in a log cabins. Log Cabins can be insulated so that it’s comfortable in the host summer months and easy to heat in the colder winter months. These can be built in the garden so that you are far enough away from the interruptions of home, like the kids music and everyday callers, but close enough to put in when you need a quick cup of tea. As well as being a prefect place to work, a log cabin is a great way to enhance you garden. This room within the garden will mean that you can enjoy more time in your garden in every season. Quick to build and cheap to buy, a log cabin is a great way to extend your home.

We don’t know if Eugene writes in a log cabin, but being Canadian it would sure feel nature to him.
